Shipping Policy
Every box is baked fresh to order, wrapped carefully and prepared for collection or tracked UK delivery.
Delivery times
Royal Mail Tracked 24 has a next-working-day delivery aim, rather than a guaranteed delivery time. Friday delivery, weekend arrival and arrival on a particular date cannot be guaranteed. Postal delays, weather, bank holidays and destination postcodes can affect arrival.

Delivery is free on orders over £30, based on the subtotal of your bakes. Postage is £4.99 for orders of £30 or less and is shown separately before payment. We send orders throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland, and to the Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Arrival times vary by destination.
Collection
Free collection from Durhamgate, Spennymoor, County Durham is available by arrangement. We will contact you to arrange your collection time after payment.
